CXM Instant Playback- This new desktop application provides a rich graphical representation of calls, allows users to quickly browse through calls, and allows users to quickly click to different parts of calls. Contact your sales executive for more details!
Business Hours- CXM Support normal business hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time, Monday - Friday. You may also contact CXM Support at 866-400-4CXM (4296).
After hours service for CXM- If you have a service emergency for your CXM system and require immediate support outside of normal business hours, please dial 866-400-4296, press option 2. When you reach the Support mailbox, please press option 5 to be transferred to a live operator. (Note: Depending upon maintenance contract, labor charges may apply.)
